I’m Brian Ssennoga, a consultant based in Edmonton, Alberta. I work with organizations to help them think clearly about their problems, sharpen their plans, and ship the work that actually moves the needle.

What I do

I take on engagements that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution — the kind where the brief starts as a fuzzy question and ends as a concrete deliverable. That includes things like:

• Helping leaders frame ambiguous problems and decide what to do next.
• Designing and running projects that cut across teams or disciplines.
• Building the artifacts (docs, models, plans) that make decisions stick.

How I work

I prefer small, focused engagements where I can get close to the people doing the work. I’d rather ask one more question than make one more assumption, and I’m more interested in the right answer than the loudest one.
