Welcome to the new site. This is a placeholder post — the first of what I
hope will be many — meant mostly to confirm that the plumbing works and to
mark the date the site went live.
A few things I’m planning to write about over time:
- Consulting in practice — what actually happens day-to-day on engagements,
the patterns that show up across very different clients, and the lessons
I’m still learning.
- Tools and workflows — the small kit of software, templates, and habits
that I lean on. I’ll share what’s working and what I’ve stopped using.
- Edmonton notes — observations on running a consulting practice from
Alberta, and on the local business community I get to be part of.
